Beautiful, well designed, quality materials

We love the gazebo. Ordering was easy, the pallet arrived when promised, and three of us were able to construct the kit over a three day period. Lost a star for easy to fix reasons! - no packing list/inventory- way too many 3-1/2” screws- way too few 2-1/2” screws-no 1-1/2” screws-No roofing nails- roof wedges were not numbered which resulted in quite a bit of trimming- four extra tongue in groove boards-instruction book did not include bench installation -shingling instructions were not clear and cost us half a day. The kit was amazing, but does require good tools and some experience.

Wonderful Gazebo/Ramada!!!

This is a beautiful gazebo! It is amazingly well built and fits together perfectly. I'm proud to have it in my backyard. I suggest that you have at least 3 healthy bodies to lift the 4 roof sections into place, but otherwise it's an easy job if you follow the excellent instructions closely. Fantastic product.

Oustanding Quality - Great Kit

I waited a while to write up this review. The Ramada has been installed now for about 14 months, gone through a cold Colorado winter (installed at 8100 feet in elevation) and spring/summer/fall and now again half way through winter. I am extremely happy with the kit and how it went together. I was not missing a single part. Heck - you even supplied the bit for my screwdriver. The quality of the wood is outstanding. Everyone remarks on how clean it is. We had one board out of hundreds that was just slightly warped - everything else was perfect. While staining the tongue and groove roof pieces I made sure and put stain on the "prettiest" side. I might have had 3 boards that I couldn't have used either side on. Outstanding quality.The instructions were great - there were a couple spots that could use a slight bit of improvement, but overall the best instructions I have ever worked with on such a project.Most importantly, the thing just went together perfectly. I never used a saw, never had to change anything or improvise. All parts were present and accounted for - and I didn't get killed doing it - though I am kind of tired and sore.I have to admit - I was really worried about laying down this kind of $$$ and getting a shoddy kit that didn't go together well. It went together perfectly and has stood up to the weather with no issues, no cracking, no warping, nothing. At this point I would wholeheartedly recommend your products to everyone I know.

Exceeded My Expections

I was very impressed with the quality of the wood, and the construction of the gazebo. I ordered treated pine and expected large knots, and twisted and cracked boards (as you would find at the large home stores). There were only about 6 knots in the entire gazebo, and they were small and tight. The boards were all straight, with little to no cracking.Assembly is easy for someone with construction experience, but a beginner would need help. The assembly instructions are not clear enough for the novice builder.I would recommend Gazebo Creations (Fifthroom) to someone, and would buy from them again.

The local shipping company was a disappointment. They said that they would arrive between 1-6. I took a half day vacation, and had friends lined up to come over. At 3:00, we called the company and they said that the driver should have been there already. At 4:00, they said that he was about 10 miles away, so I called my friends to come over. At 5:00, they said that he was about 5 miles away, At 6:00, he was still about 5 miles away. The truck showed up just before 7:00pm.

100% Satisified - Better than we envisaged

The product went together over three weekends. The first weekend two of us assembled everything up to the rafters (neiher of us work in construction - an IT consultant and an insurance salesman). The second weekend I completed the tongue and groove ceiling and the third weekend I installed the roof tiles (a job no one in their right mind would take on as a profession!!). Everything went together without any issues - no extra holes to drill, nothing to cut and nothing missing. I was amazed and would recommend this product to anyone.

Sturdy Ramada

The product was straightforward to assemble, and took approximately one week to complete working largely alone with occasional help lifting heavy components.Fit-up was pretty good, and generally there was no more than 1/4 inch variation from plan dimensions. The most difficult thing was unloading the materials which came on a very long skid. The freight company did not have the equipment to properly unload the skid, even though I had paid extra to have them both deliver and unload. Eventually the two guys got it dragged off the truck without seriously injuring themselves or the material, then they had me drag it up my driveway by lashing it to the trailer hitch on my pickup. Not exactly the delivery that I had paid for. This was in my view a reflection on the freight service, not Fifth Room.

Ramada in Paradise

Our Ramada is great! It blends in well with its surroundings here in Hawaii. The instructions are well laid out and easy to follow. It took us, with the help of some friends, about six days to erect it. Manpower is definitely needed to move and lift the pieces into place. Two people are not enough. We have friends in the heavy construction business who said the price for all the materials was reasonable. The Ramada is very sturdy and we expect long and enjoyable service! Everyone who has seen it is impressed with its quality and beauty.

Love our Gazebo!

Actual product is 12 X 18 and it's awesome. Everyone who see's it falls in love with it immediately. The metal roof, while more expensive, really sets it off and makes it unique. We have a screen porch, a deck, and covered patio but the Gazebo is where we spend out time. It provides a great way to be by the pool but out of the hot midday sun!

The Bad: 3.5" stainless steel screws were horrible, bent and stripped easily. Minor issues with the trim and roof lining up. The Good: Overall, I'm confident with the construction and was happy with the delivery. Looks great in our backyard. Assembly only required two people. Would recommend to a friend.

Perfection in Design & Manufacture

I needed a Gazebo for my back-yard garden. There was 2 options for me to choose from: locally manuf or purchase from a specialized firm. Both with +ve & -ve. After browsing the web sites I selected G.Creations for various reasons. Their site provided wide selection of gazebos & full of useful info. The Gazebo package was shipped all the way from US to Bahrain (more than 12,000km) in a perfect packaging, contains all the nuts & bolts needed to build it. It was relatively easy to build the big "Jigsaw", piece by piece. I'm so pleased about the finishing, the accuracy, the quality & perfection in the final product. If there was any mismatch or mistake, there will be no way to build it. Now after 3 years it still as new, regardless the harsh weather in M.E.

When I first ordered this I was quite skeptical as to what I might receive. However, once I received it all of my skeptisism disappeared. Everything fit together perfectly and it looks great and probably will for years. It two of us about a day to unpack, carry and assemble the entire fixture. The web site was great to work with. As I made changes to my plans I could see the effects immediately. I would certainly use them in the future.

My new gazebo has completely changed the entire property. I did have an older, smaller gazebo in that space -- so small that no one ever went into it, and it was used mainly for storing folding chairs. This new gazebo has completely changed our life. It has room for five people to sit inside easily -- with a cocktail table in the center. So that's where we sit now, especially before dinner with a glass of wine, or after dinner with a cup of coffee, enjoying the lake view. It is beautiful and makes a huge difference in our lives.

You made it so-o easy to order. I had my handyman on the phone, so he specified stuff like the kind of hardware, etc while I picked the design with your help and advice. It was done in 20 minutes, and arrived exactly the week we specified. The guys said it was easy to assemble, no problems. In hindsight, it is sort of amazing that I made that big purchase, charged it to my card (a lot of miles!) and then a couple of weeks later it just appeared!!

From the order to the assembly, it was smooth and hassle free. We got everything we ordered and the assembly was fast and professional. This is definately a company I would deal with in the future.

We love our gazebo!

The gazebo was top quality, with the exception of one slightly damaged section that the company promptly replaced. Several guests have commented that the gazebo truly "sets off" our newly built pool and landscaped back yard.

The kit arrived as expected, and we were glad that we were forewarned to have plans for unloading as it was packaged in one large crate. As noted above, the one damage section was replaced, no questions asked!

Great Service

The gazebo went together quite easily at first. When we got to the screens we had some problem, but your service dept. was able to help us. I love the way it looks. We still have some finish work to do, but we are getting there.

Worth every penny

Palos Verdes Resort

Excellent. The quality of workmanship and materials is outstanding. Easy to assemble with a great look in the end. I intend to send some pics as the gazebo appears to come up to the side of a 30 foot pond with a large putting green etc.

We love our Gazebo!!!

Our town was asked to do something memorable celebrating Lincoln's 200th birthday. We decided on a gazebo/bandstand for our courthouse square. It's just a lovely addition to our State Historic site and is used by our local community bands, weddings etc. and during our Fall Festival.This was built with volunteer labor.

Beatiful workmanship, easy assembly
