Footprint Drawings: Basic

Our Footprint (a.k.a. Site Prep) Drawings are generally needed for new construction, or when installing on concrete patios, or wooden decks. The drawings will distinguish where the posts or floor supports of the structure will be located for footer or base planning. These drawings can be used with a custom designed structure although we do recommend our Spec Drawings which would need to be discussed with a project advisor.

For any customizations, drawings must be approved by the customer and confirmed by a project advisor before moving into production.

Please allow 3-5 business days for these drawings and note that these lead times may vary depending on the season.

In a few easy steps, you can select the material, size, and style of gazebo that you want, choose from tons of options and accessories that can be added, and submit it for a freight quote. You can create as many gazebos as you want, save them to your personal gallery, and even share them, using our “E-mail a Friend” option.

Spec Drawings: Intermediate

Spec Drawings are generally needed for obtaining permits, for product customizations, and when more detailed information about the structure is needed such as height, clearances, and roof pitch. For any structure that is going to be placed close to or attached to a building, Spec Drawings must be ordered and approved by the customer before we can begin fabrication of the structure.

If the Spec Drawings are for permitting purposes, we need confirmation of the approved permit (not just the customer's approval) to begin production.

Spec Drawings will always be confirmed by your project advisor.

Please note that the lead times on Spec Drawings are 7-10 business days and this may vary depending on the season.

Most structures ship via independent delivery services where the driver will set the package on your driveway or nearby. This is a great service as you will not need to help with unloading in most cases.

If for some reason an independent delivery service is not available in your area the package can ship via freight carrier. If your package is shipped through freight services the process is still a simple one, and it will be even easier if you have a few people to help unload, depending on your structure’s size and complexity.

Introduced in September 2006, it withstands winds of up to 140 mph, and meets the hurricane code in Florida, as well as along the Gulf Coast, and the Eastern Seaboard. It is available with the engineer’s drawings, and a stamp from an engineer who is licensed in your state (if needed).

In 2007, we introduced our Gazebo Swing, our Spa Gazebo, which is part gazebo and part hot tub house, and our Corner Shed, which is a five-sided storage shed that fits into a fenced lot, maximizing storage space.
