Beginning as a small retail shop for porch swings and Adirondack chairs, Fifthroom.com still holds a family-owned business mentality. We have grown to serve a world-wide customer base, and we value each and every one. We treat every customer like they’re our only customer.

We believe that when you call a business, someone should answer. When our office is open, each and every call is answered by a friendly person ready to help you.
We stand behind our products. Every purchase comes with a 100% guarantee. If you don’t absolutely love it, we’ll work tirelessly to send replacement parts and make it right.
We insist that you get exactly what you want. Most of our products are fully customizable to suit your needs precisely.
We value quality. Most of our products are individually handcrafted and many of them on a made-to-order basis to ensure superior craftsmanship.
We care about the environment. Our natural materials are harvested from sustainably managed timberlands that are certified by the Forest Stewardship Council. Our manufacturing facilities use eco-friendly buildings that preserve electricity by taking full advantage of the sun’s natural light and energy. Sawdust is used in fertilizer and compost, and wood scraps are recycled into press boards and other composite woods. Our offices preserve paper waste through simple measures like recycling and thinking twice before printing an email.
We trust in the American economy. Almost all of our products are completely handcrafted in the United States. Our offices and operations are all based in the United States.
