Shed Warranty Overview

GazeboCreations.com Limited Lifetime Warranty certifies that our structures are free of manufacturing and/or material defects for the life of product as owned by the original purchaser. The Limited Lifetime Warranty is non-transferable. This warranty applies to the structure under normal use, defined as residential or private occupancy, and is subject to the conditions and limitations herein listed.

GazeboCreations.com liability under this warranty shall be limited to the repair or replacement of the non-conforming goods or parts, at the discretion of GazeboCreations.com. Claimants may receive replacement part(s), or a credit equal to the original price or fair market value, whichever is lower, of any material determined to be defective.

This warranty covers only those manufacturing and material defects specified herein and does not include defects attributable to improper installation, abnormal use, improper/negligent maintenance and normal weathering. This warranty expressly does not cover defects caused by accident, fire, flood, acts of God, vandalism, riot or civil disorder, ground settlement, stresses resulting from localized heat, or other occurrences beyond normal control.

WOOD - All pressure treated wood sections will resist rot, decay, and insects indefinitely, and are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty for at least 30 years. Please remember that all wood, when left unstained or unsealed, will weather to gray. It will also dry out over time, which will naturally result in the appearance of small cracks, or “checks,” which will not affect the structural integrity of the structure.

VINYL - Our vinyl structures incorporate a smooth, PVC sleeve over treated pine posts, rails, and braces. Built to last a lifetime, these models are virtually maintenance-free.

SCREENS – The screens are warranted for a period of two years from date of delivery.

DOORS/WINDOWS – The moving parts shall be warranted for a period of ten years from date of delivery.

FLOORING/DECKING - One year to be free from defects in material and manufacture and, (ii) when used for its intended purpose and properly installed and maintained to (a) resist rot or fungal decay and (b) resist damage caused by insect or termite attacks. For every year after the first year, any warranty payment described above shall be reduced by 2% each year until the fiftieth year, after which the warranty payment shall remain constant at 2% of the original warranty coverage.

SHINGLES – Our 20 and 30-year shingles are covered by manufacturers’ warranties.
